“Covid has been a very tough situation for me. I have been laid off because business slowed down for my employer. I have 4 kids and the bills started piling up. I already had some credit card debts I was trying to pay off and after being fired, I couldn’t afford paying my mortgage anymore. Every day was filled with anxiety and uncertainty, wondering how I would ever get out from under the weight of financial ruin. I was thinking about filing fro bankruptcy or potentially talking to a realtor and I randomly got a call from a lady name Alexis about buying my property. I was very skeptical at first because I never heard about Homes 4 Dinero and I thought It was a scam because of the foreign accent of their appointment setters. But we had couple phone calls since then , and Nury from the team was able to explain to me the whole process and was very patient with all the questions that I had. From the moment we connected, even though she had told me that they have helped thousands of people in the same situation as me she never made me feel like I was just another homeowner in a difficult situation – she saw someone who needed genuine help and support. The full team understood the urgency of my situation and helped me to sell my house quickly for a fair price. I did not get much from the sale of the house but I not only avoided foreclosure but also regained a sense of stability and hope in my life. They even helped me with moving expenses so thank you Nury and the team at Homes 4 dinero .”

“Inheriting my father’s home was a bittersweet experience. While I cherished the memories associated with the property, the reality was that it was more of a burden than a blessing. I live in Texas so the upkeep, the taxes and all the extra that comes with an out of state property were just becoming too much for me. I knew I needed to let go, but the thought of selling such a significant piece of my family history was overwhelming. My father came in the US as an immigrant and to him this house was one his proudest accomplishment. I am pretty busy with work and I was starting to get a lot of random calls about people wanting to buy the house. I though they were all scams because I never heard about any of these companies. I ended picking up a call from one them by accident and I do not remember the caller name but that’s when I found Homes 4 Dinero and spoke to Buba, and we started talking about selling them my house. From the very beginning, I told Buba that I still don’t know if I’m going to sell but he took the time to listen to my story, to understand the significance of each item and every corner of my home. He is also from international descent so he was able to understand what the house meant for my dad. He didn’t just see a property to sell – he saw a lifetime of memories instilled into every corner of the house. We weighed the pros and cons and I ended up selling the house to them. The house had great bones but It was very old and It needed a lot of updates some things where not up to code anymore since laws have changed. Buba and Homes 4 Dinero handled every aspect of the sale with care and professionalism, allowing me to say goodbye to that chapter. It was overall a good experience and they were fair, will recommend.”

“I never really wanted to sell my house. I gave birth and raised all my children in this house. They all have had their wedding ceremonies here. I never thought the house was big but since the passing of my late husband, the house starting feeling very empty but it was filled of memories so I didn’t want to sell it. But I also had some health issues and I fell from the stairs when I was on the phone with my daughter once and since they were pestering me about coming to live with them or getting a smaller one level house. I was getting a lot of mails from multiple companies wanting to buy my house and I started reaching back out to them with my daughter and we ended selling it to Rinaldo and his team. Rinaldo was a pleasant young man and he made sure that I was taken care of. They were always trying to be helpful and kept reaching out to me even when they didn’t get a hold of me because I did not want to talk to someone without my daughter being present as well. They came to the house a couple of times with contractors before closing but they alway gave me a 48 hours notice so It can work for me. I ended up moving closer to my son in Florida.”

“ Realtors are useless! I lived in this house all my life and i was an only child so the house was passed down to me after my grandmother passed away. I did not have any problem with it but I had a relative that passed away and his children didn’t have no other place to go so i had them move in with me. The house was a 2 bedrooms and I was married with 2 kids, so when I had 3 more kids added to the equation, it was a bit hectic. After a while, my wife and I started talking with couple realtors about how much we could sell the house for but they were all telling me that I need to do some renovations and I didn’t really have the time nor the budget for the repairs or temporary relocation while having some sketchy contractors rip me off. We even got one to list the property but he couldn’t sell it and I think he didn’t really work on my house because he was not making much money on the house since it was priced to sell. I knew it would have to be sold for a lower price than normal since the house was small and old so I started doing some research online and reached out to Homes 4 Dinero, because of all the reviews they had. They connected me with one of their preferred realtor to look for a new house for me while we were going through their process of buying my house. I was mainly talking with a young man by the name of Josh and he just got married so he was also looking at buying this house for him personally. It ended being better, It was from one family in transition to another one. With his expertise and guidance, we were able to sell our house with confidence, knowing that we were taking the next step towards a brighter future. Josh and Homes 4 Dinero made the process feel less like a transaction and more like  people helping each other our. The house was free and clear so I ended up making a good chunk that I used as a deposit on a bigger house. The whole process took 3 weeks between them buying my house and me moving into my new house with the help of the agent they recommend me. If you have an old house or one that need renovation, do not go to realtors. They will not take your house seriously since there’s no real money for them.

“Divorce is never easy – it’s messy, it’s painful, and it’s filled with emotions that are impossible to put into words. As my marriage came to an end, I had to deal with everything with this house by myself. My ex-wife moved away and I couldn’t get a hold off her for over a year now. I wanted the house but she wanted to sell but not to me. She wasn’t taking care of either or making the payment and since my name was on the mortgage, I either make the payment on my credit go down with hers. I was getting calls everyday from random people with foreign accent trying to offer me a cash offer for my house but the only people that send me references when I asked for it was Homes 4 Dinero. So I started the process with a gentleman named Buba. I still don’t know how but they were able to get a hold of my ex-wife and she came back in the picture. We kept it civil and was able to sell the house to them fast. I think the whole process took 2 weeks. They did have to come in the house very often because they said they wanted to execute on this super fast, so I didn’t mind as long as I could close this chapter and move on with my life. Thanks for Buba and his team. I will recommend doing business with them, especially with Buba so in case you end up talking with someone else you can request for him.”

“I just had gotten a new job in a new city so I packed my stuff and moved. I used to work as a handyman when I was younger so I ended buying an outdated house with lot of repairs needed here and there for very cheap. Unfortunately, after a while that new job didn’t end up being what I was expecting so I find a better opportunity but that was in a complete different state. I just had the house and the value didn’t change much and I didn’t have no equity so it was a tough sell and I had a very short window to work with because of the relocation. So I started doing some quick search online and I ended up giving couple companies some calls. I was talking to couple of them since I didn’t want to put all my eggs in one basket but Homes4dinero were the one able to close in 1 week and they even paid me an advance so I could move to the new for a few days while were going to the process of selling them my house. I was skeptical on the first call but they gave me a lot of references and after doing my own search on them I was confident in having them helping out with this situation. Nury helped me out and she has been in Houston before so she was able to give me some quick tips as well for when I start living there, I ended buying another property for them that they were going to renovate themselves but I was able to recoup my down payment so I ended buying this one off of them and it was in an even better condition than the one I sold them.”

“We were going through probate and this house ended being a nightmare. I was the one in line to get it and i was happy about it but after a title search discover a huge amount of past due taxes and county fees and violation attached to it. I was better off without it. My grandfather was a landlord and this was the last house he had. They were tenants inside but because my grandpa wasn’t really paying attention to the house, they ended up living there for a year free of rent and were not taking care of the property. The yard was filled with junk. I think the driveway was being used as a mechanic shop by one of the tenant and there was violation and fees for that. It was just a lot and I did not want to deal with any of it. The probate officer referred me to Rinaldo from Homes 4 Dinero. He was very patient and share many stories on how they Havel helped people with situation like that. They took care of the house, the tenants, and everything. I didn’t have to do anything. At the price I sold I did not get nothing but at least I did not paying anything for all these fees repairs needed. We were supposed to close in 2 weeks but the tenants were hard to deal with apparently and it ended up taking 7 weeks or so but I have nothing to complain about. They understood exactly what the situation is and got the job done. It’s amazing to see how the house turned out at the end when they fixed. Hopefully, what was a nightmare to me will a dream to another family. Thanks H4D.”

“People make becoming a landlord so attractive and everyone say it is the path to riches but I did not like one bit being a landlord. I bought an investment property because I was looking into making some money on the side and I bumped into an agent that convinced me to pull the trigger. He recommend me a property management company who I ended signing a contract with because I didn’t want to go trough the process of finding tenant , collecting rent, fixing issues, etc. Everything was going fine for the first 6 months  and I was getting $400 sent to me every month so I was getting ready to get another property with the cashflow of the first one. But, one day I got a bill one for about $2,500  about some repairs that have been done to the house. Nobody let me know about this until when it was all said and done. When I reached out to the management company, they said they had sent me an email about it and ask me to reply if I didn’t want them to go through with these repairs. You would think that you will get a call for problem with type of price tags but I guess not. This completely wiped out all the cashflow made from this house and they try to explain to me how a landlord need multiple property for this reason. Anyway, after similar things happened couple more time within that same year. I ended up firing them and I didn’t want to be a landlord anymore. The realtor who sold me the house ended up putting me in contact with Paul who was a manager atHomes4dinero and they were able to take the house from my hands at a fair price. I guess being a landlord as a side hustle not so simple as they make people believe. I will recommend H4D.”
